House rules of LivIn63 Studio Apartments
Dear guests,
in order to make your stay at LivIn63 Studio Apartments even more pleasant, we kindly ask you to take a look at and to comply with the following house rules.

Arrival/Online Check-In
You are invited to the online check-in by email one day before your arrival. You are obliged to fill in the registration form with correct information of the persons arriving. We reserve the right to request further documents to verify your identity.
Key code/Pin code
Once you have successfully checked in, you will receive your key code by e-mail.
Video and access control
The entire property is under video surveillance. All access to the staircase and the apartments is recorded and can be traced.
Cleaning
The apartments are cleaned once a week by LivIn63 GmbH. Towels are changed every 7 days and bed linen every 14 days.
Use of the premises
The apartments are to be used for residential purposes only. The use of the premises for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will be penalized with an immediate ban.
Prohibition of smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. In case of violation we will charge a lump sum of EUR 250,00 and if necessary, we will issue a house ban.
Receiving visitors
Non-booked persons are only allowed to enter the apartments after prior registration. The registration may be done by phone (+496021-6263649) or by e-mail (office@livin63.de). Access may be denied in individual cases.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartments or the property.
Silence at night
Please always keep the volume at a minimum and particularly between 22:00 and 06:00 no louder than room volume. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited in the entire building and in front of it.
Duty of care
Windows and doors are to be closed at all times when leaving the apartments to avoid damage caused by weather. Please also turn off all lights before leaving the apartments. LivIn63 GmbH is not liable for the loss of your valuables.
Use of the apartment and equipment
The guest is obliged to use and treat the apartments and their equipment with proper care and to leave them in a swept clean condition before departure. Should the cleaning staff need more time to clean the apartments due to considerable impurities, we reserve the right to charge the guest accordingly for the additional effort.
In case of damage to the apartments and their equipment, the guest is obliged to report this immediately to LivIn63 GmbH.
Violation of the rules
LivIn63 GmbH is entitled to terminate any accommodation agreement (even after the guest has moved into the apartment) with immediate effect and to expel the guest or group of guests from the house in exercise of its domiciliary rights. Payments already made will not be refunded.
In particular, the violation of these rules of the house, as well as the damage, pollution or theft of property entitles LivIn63 GmbH to immediately terminate the accommodation agreement. This also applies if the guest uses the apartment for a purpose other than the agreed purpose.
